The Scrape is owned by Caecilia Groos, it’s a very strong Hollow. If a Changeling is looking a for a place to lay low the Scrape is where they wish to be. As long as you can follow the rules and pay rent then you’re welcome.

Rule One: If you don’t want Cricket in your bed then lock your door.
Rule Two: Cricket belongs to Caecilia, Cricket doesn’t know about rule two.
Rule Three: If you want something from the closet just ask, it’s not safe in there.
